All Products supplied by The Lighting Company comply with current British Standards. We offer a 12 month guarantee should in the unlikley event your product develops a fault a replacemant will be dispatched upon reciept of the faulty item.
PAYMENT must be made by credit or debit card. Payment will be taken when your product(s) are ordered. We will keep you informed of delivery dates.
DELIVERY
Delivery is to UK Mainland only
We aim to dispatch products within 21 working days. We will let you know when goods have been dispatched. Occasionally some products are made to order or out of stock and may take a little longer. However we will keep you informed at every step. There may be a charge for delivery this is dependant on order value.
Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. To help you choose the correct product all sizes are given. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions, we are happy to help.
RETURNS POLICY
Your product(s) will be checked prior to dispatch. Should your product arrive damaged, inform us in writting, within 7 days and we will call you to arrange a replacement. Returned items must be UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We will not refund without the original copy of your reciept. Please retain your credit card reciept as your record of the transation.
The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
Your details will not be passed to any 3rd party. In accordance to the data protection act, we will not disclose any information we hold about you.
We may contact you in the future with products that may be of interest to you or to ask your opinion about the service you have recieved. If you do not want us to contact you, please let us know and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
